aspell-tl software package provides Tagalog dictionary for GNU Aspell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install aspell-tl
aspell-tl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the aspell-tl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep aspell-tl *
You will get with aspell-tl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
